Tom Waters

Tom Waters is a seventh-generation farmer from Orrick, Missouri. He and his family raise corn,

soybeans, and wheat.

He serves as Chairman of the Missouri Levee & Drainage District Association and president of three local Levee and Drainage District Boards. He has presented testimony before the U.S. Congress on topics relating to Endangered Species, Missouri River Operations, Federal Crop Insurance and the Federal Estate Tax.

Tom currently serves on the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission. He served on

the Board of Directors of the Bank of Orrick, is Past President of the Ray County Ambulance

District Board of Directors and Former Secretary of the Ray County Enhanced Enterprise Zone

Board. He has been a member of several agricultural advisory boards and committees for

Missouri elected officials.

Tom is a graduate of the Texas A&M Executive Program for Agricultural Producers and received a B.S. in agriculture from the University of Missouri.
